Melbourne Roof Cleaning and Restoration (MRCR) was commissioned to restore the terracotta tile roof of this double storey property. Located in Melbourne’s suburb of Kew, this property’s roof had significant dirt and grime build up as well as broken tiles requiring replacement.
The subsequent images clearly show the contrast between the dirt-covered and cleaned sections of the roof. MRCR used high pressure cleaning equipment to remove all traces of moss, dirt and debris to bring this roof back to its original condition. Broken tiles were also replaced and ridges repointed. Finally, glaze was applied to seal the roof’s surface and protect it from further damage. The end results speak for themselves.
